Gregg was great to work with in both selling our current home and finding a new one. While looking at new homes, he had great attention to detail to notice trouble spots and to explain when something may be a cause for concern or not. He knew the areas we were looking in well, and had a good understanding of current market values. In selling our home, he was helpful before listing to identify areas we'd want to address. He works with a great team, including a spectacular photographer, that did a fabulous job in marketing our home. During the selling process and the contingency period he thoroughly explained why they may be asking for something and what he thought would be negotiable. Through the entire process we felt that we were in charge, but had someone in our corner giving us the information we needed to make the best choices.
